Purpose

We invite you to be a part of the Oakdale Baptist Church Prayer Team.  We seek to serve the Lord by interceding for people in need of prayer. We believe at Oakdale Baptist that prayer is a huge deal and is needed for every step we take.  If you would like to be a part of the prayer team or have a prayer request, please contact Melissa Wright by phone or text at 803-327-6618.    

Mission Statement

By God’s transforming grace, the prayer ministry will guide the church to become a people of prayer in a personal agape relationship with God.  We will not seek our own will through our own efforts but we will humbly come before God with a repentant heart seeking His will. Isaiah 56:7b says, For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.
